TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making your purchase! 

BOOKING PROCESS:  
If you make a booking enquiry, it will be placed under a temporary notice. DJX Neo reserves the right to accept other booking for the date unless a booking fees is paid. 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT : 

Clients and DJX Neo must acknowledge and agree that the deposit shall be non-refundable. If you are unable to make a payment by the deposit deadline as defined in your offer, your offer may be withdrawn. To confirm a booking you must fill out a booking form and pay the deposit. If Clients fail to perform their promised obligations, The Deposit shall be forfeited due to Breach of Contract. 

DJX Neo reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of emergency reasons such as sickness and accidents. Failure to meet its obligations under this Agreement will result in the Performer returning any and all outstanding deposits to the Purchaser.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY :
DJX Neo and Clients must agree that this agreement is not subject to cancellation unless both parties agree to such cancellation in writing. The Client is obliged to inform Performer without any delay about the cancellation concerning the terms and conditions. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the Event’s date. The booking fees is non-refundable in case of any cancellations made by client. Client might be able to change the date but this is subject to performer’s availability and discretion. 

ACCESS TO PERFORMANCE AREA : 

DJX Neo requires access to the performance venue one hour before start time to set up the equipments. It’s the clients responsibility to inform the Performance Venue that Your DJ requires access to the function room at least one hour prior to the start time of performance. Clients must ensure that a parking space is allocated to DJX Neo for the duration of engagement.  

In the event of engagement held outside, the clients must ensure that supplied electrical power is 100% safe and clients must also ensure that the set up area for your DJ is fully waterproof. DJX Neo reserves the right to suspend the engagement, If somehow performance area becomes unsafe. For this reason Client shall provide DJX Neo with safe and appropriate working conditions. 

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & PRIVACY 

Your DJ reserves the right to take photos and videos throughout the event for any public and commercial purpose. DJX Neo understands the importance of the client’s privacy and the confidentiality of clients personal information. Therefor, Its important that Clients must inform to DJ about videos or photographs must not be taken during the event before the performance date. 

CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT 

Our Code of Professional Conduct is an ethical benchmark for our clients. DJX Neo will behave in a proper and professional manner during the engagement. Your DJ will favorably respond to your request regarding music , volume and any other reasonable requests made by clients, guests and staff. 

DURATION OF PERFORMANCE  

DJX Neo will perform for the duration as defined in your offer. Clients must be responsible for any uncertain scenario, example, DJ will comply with any action requested by law enforcement officers, No refund or partial refund will be offered to clients if Law enforcement requests to turn off the music prior to the event finish time. 

MUSIC SUGGESTIONS 

Your DJ will take suggestions of music from you and guests prior too or on the night of the event. We will try our best to play that musics but not all the tracks will be played and in some situations DJ may only play some limited tracks if it means that more of your guests will dance. DJX Neo also reserve the right to use our professional judgements on the night with the regards to requests. 

POST CONTRACT PERFORMANCES 

Clients may request to play extra time but it’s your responsibility to make sure that there is no venue restrictions. Playing extra hours will entirely up to the DJ and Your DJ reserves the right to finish at the allocated contracted time. Per half hour will be charged at the rate € 30 for extra playing time and the amount to be paid in cash.
 

PUBLIC LIABILITY 

DJX Neo is not liable in case of any injuries that may occur to the third parties to the actions of clients, guests and staff.This may include, but is not restricted to inebriation, use of drugs or other (self) abusive actions. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

Failure to attend an event is very unlikely. In some situations beyond our control such as accidents, riots, strikes and any other legitimate conditions, DJX Neo will do their best to arrive on time at event or find replacement entertainment for you. 

Neither Party will be liable for any delay in performing or any failure to perform it’s obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire,earthquake, flood, hurricane, storm or other natural disaster). war, terrorist activities, transportation malfunctions, death, illness or other incapacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic/pandemic, accident, civil commotion, order of Government or Local Authority having jurisdiction in the matter or changes in law. If we are unable to procure a replacement the Client shall receive a full refund of balance or a credit to be used at another event at a later date.
 

DJX NEO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER ANY OR ALL OF THE ABOVE AT ANYTIME!
